About Alex

Over the years, I've toyed with many different careers in the fashion industry. While "finding myself" and taking time off from pursuing a degree, I had a successful business selling vintage clothing on Ebay. That led me to a stint at H&M as a visual merchandiser and window dresser which then led me to fashion design school in Philadelphia.

As a womenswear designer for almost a decade, I've honed my eye for print, pattern, and color while constantly shopping the market for new designers and trends. My passion is finding beautiful, unique, well-made clothing with deep discounts. Over the years friends and total strangers have asked me to share my trade secrets and I aim to do just that with my blog.
